Hello My Name is Eve, and I am a Freelance Certified holistic and complementary therapist.
I am also a member of the FHT or Federation of holistic therapists. I am a qualified Aromatherapist and Reflexologist / Swedish Body Massage, and the ancient Ayuverdic art of Indian head massage.
I work from a Peaceful and Relaxing therapy room located in the leafy suburbs of Nether Edge - Sheffield, I believe that the massage or Holistic therapy delivered should be of the highest standard available and always delivered in a professional and confidential manner.
I believe you are an Individual, and from the moment you walk through the door and therefore you will be treated as one, a lot of people think of Holistic therapies as a luxury or an indulgence,in reality it is a way to help maintain a healthier body and mind. Make time for yourself and feel good about it and feel good about yourself!
Nearly everyone can benefit from Holistic and Complementary Therapies regardless of mobility, age or gender; Indeed massage is an excellent way to help look after yourself, and look after your body and mind. It can improve relaxation levels and help relieve stress and tension, as well as reduce the symptoms of everyday aches and pains.
Massage can help reduce tension, it can help improve the skins condition, improve circulation, it can also assist the body and eliminate toxins which build up in our body - So every massage is like a De-tox for your body.
Above all your Holistic therapy should be a wonderfully relaxing, soothing and sensory experience with aromas to help evoke feelings of Serenity and Warmth. You should feel safe, secure and more at ease and therefore able to relax easier.
My job is to tailor the treatment for you, and make you feel at ease before, during and after treatment. When your treatment is over I will give you a "aftercare advice sheet" and any other information which I feel will benefit you and your treatment.
